About Sewing Till SunsetSewing Till Sunset is local to the Waterloo area. After 9 Years of being known as "Nicole Flanagan Creations" we have re-branded with a new name and look, but continue to offer the same great sewing quality and services. Nicole, the owner of sewing till sunset, has been professionally sewing for 13 years, although sewing and creating has always been a passion of hers. If she's not sewing or in the middle of a DIY project you can likely find her enjoying the great outdoors or tending to her plants.
In May of 2012, after graduating from the Fashion Design program at Fanshawe College, Nicole started this business. Starting by offering custom sewing to local clients and working along side other local small businesses to make prototypes and produce their product. In 2018 Nicole started teaching sewing lessons to local students of all ages and skill levels. Most recently in 2023 Nicole wanted to expand the reach of who she could teach to sew by creating her own line of sewing patterns for non locals to use to gain confidence in sewing. These can be found for purchase on Etsy. Year after year this Business has grown and evolved into what it is today and continues to grow and change. Nicole follows the motto "Do what you love, love what you do".
